The FlyChip microarray facility was established in 2000 to provide genomics resources to the UK Drosophila community.  Since then we have been active in driving the development of international resources including the International Drosophila Array Consortium (INDAC).  FlyChip provides facilities for Drosophila transcriptome analysis via a custom long oligonucleotide array, for building custom arrays for any areas of research and is able to assist with whole-genome analysis using commercial array platforms such as those provided by Affymetrix, Agilent or Nimblegen.  We have expertise in genome-wide ChIP-Array using Affymetrix and Nimblegen very-high density arrays.  Data analysis tools, mostly via the BioConductor suite, are also available.
